1. Order Processing & Dispatch
100% Direct from Seoul: Every single order is carefully packed and shipped exclusively from our warehouse in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
Processing Time: It typically takes 0–2 business days to prepare and format your order. During peak periods (new collection releases or major restocks), processing may take up to 3–5 business days.
Working Days: Please note that weekends, Korean national holidays, and non-working days of local postal services are not included in the processing time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with reliable international carriers, including UPS, DHL, FedEx, and Korea Post. Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout and your destination address:

• Express Shipping: 4–6 business days.
• Standard Shipping (K-Packet): 2–3 weeks (average delivery takes 11–30 business days depending on local customs and courier workloads).
  

Note: Delivery times may increase during global holidays or peak shopping seasons.

3. Order Tracking
As soon as your package is dispatched, we will immediately send you a confirmation email with your Order Tracking Number (OTN). 
You can track your order directly on our website.
Multiple Parcels:To preserve product quality and prevent damage during transit, larger orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels. In this case, you will receive multiple tracking numbers, and items may arrive on different dates.
If you do not receive your tracking number within 7 business days after completing your payment, please contact our support team.

4. Import Taxes & Duties
All orders are shipped from South Korea. Depending on your country, local customs or the courier may charge import taxes, VAT or customs fees when your parcel arrives. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you are unsure, please check your country's import rules before placing your order.

5. Address Accuracy & Lost Packages
Address Responsibility: We are not responsible for items that are not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before finalizing your order.
Lost in Transit: If your package gets lost while in transit, we will do everything in our power to assist you and locate it. However, please note that we are not legally responsible for packages once an official "Proof of Delivery" (or "Delivered" status) is generated by the courier.
