Are the products authentic?+
Yes. Every order is packed and shipped from our warehouse in Seoul, Republic of Korea, with products in their original packaging.
How long does delivery take?+
Orders are prepared in 0–2 business days (up to 3–5 during big restocks). Express shipping takes 4–6 business days; standard shipping (K-Packet) usually takes 2–3 weeks, depending on customs and the local courier.
How much is shipping?+
Standard shipping is free on orders over $149 (USD), and express shipping is free on orders over $249 (USD). We ship with UPS, DHL, FedEx and Korea Post.
Will I pay import taxes or customs duties?+
Orders are shipped from South Korea, so import taxes, VAT or customs fees may be charged by your local customs or the courier on delivery. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are paid by the recipient.
How do I track my order?+
As soon as your package is dispatched we email you the tracking number. If you haven't received it within 7 business days of payment, contact our support team. Larger orders may arrive in more than one parcel.
Can I return a product?+
Yes. You can return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us with photos as soon as possible and we will send a replacement or a refund.
