Refund policy

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. In order to expedite returns, we highly recommend you to notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that the item arrives safely at us.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@cosmeticshubkorea.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • For Damaged, wrong, or missing shipments, we need a photo of the attached shipping waybill, a photo of the entire box with the shipping waybill attached, and a photo of the entire product in question. Please do not throw away your original waybills and boxes as they may be needed upon return.
  • Please inform us within 7 days. We will make it right as soon as possible.

  • If the shipping box and packaging of an item are damaged, we won't treat it as damaged if there's nothing wrong with the item itself.

  • If the product is not received or is missing despite being shipped contactlessly by the carrier, COSMETICSHUBKOREA will not issue a refund or will only compensate you according to the shipping company's transportation compensation policy.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer return shipping labels. The buyer directly sends the package to us (depending on country, carrier, shipping cost, customs, customs).

1.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2.We can only collect returns within the same country to which your order was originally shipped. Additional import duties may apply if you need to return your purchase from a country other than the original shipping address.

3.Designer packaging such as authenticity cards, samples, and dust bags are also considered part of the product and must be returned.

4.Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

5.If the delivered product is renewed without further notice. (Even if the image of the received product is different from the previous version, it cannot be returned.)

6.Products can be shipped without individual product boxes. (Very occasionally, a brand may only send us the product without its box if it is short of stock in Korea or if they have plans to discontinue production in the future.)

7.The product is partially different, or the product is not damaged to the point of being unusable (leakage, breakage).

8.The product information (photos, contents, price, etc.) provided by Hypercape is raw data. Please check the product information for sales, and check the product before check out through continuous monitoring. (Claim will not be treated.)


9.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping issues caused by the recipient

  • COSMETICSHUBKOREA is not responsible for shipping issues caused by the recipient
  • Refusal, Absent recipient, Wrong address, Issues in the recipient country, Issues in the recipient region
  • Returns and refunds are treated the same as Remorse Returns.
  • If, due to a recipients' faults, we don't receive the product back from you within 30 days of the date we sent it to you, no refund will be issued.
  • If the product is not received by COSMETICSHUBKOREA within 15 days of completion of delivery to the recipient, no refund will be issued.
  • If the product being returned has a short shelf life, or the value of the product has decreased, no refund will be issued.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We assure you that all our products undergo multiple levels of quality inspections before being shipped out.

However, if your item is delivered damaged, we will replace or refund it within 30 days under the following conditions:


Replacement or Refund Conditions
You must request a replacement or refund by sending an email to support@cosmeticshubkorea.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
Title your email as follows: “Replacement/Refund Request for (#Order Number)”.
Clearly state in your email:

Your full name used for the order.
The name of the items.
Clear, close-up videos of the issue.
A detailed description of the issue.

Important Notes
Manufacturing faults do not include: damaged packaging, marked, dented, or deemed defective items due to general wear and tear.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
2. It must be in its original packaging.

Return and Approval Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your request (approval or rejection).
If approved, replacements will be processed, or refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.


Order Amendments or Cancellations
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or amend orders after payment has been made.

Right to Refuse Requests
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable replacement, refund, or exchange requests.

Replacement and Refund Policy    
If your request is approved, your replacement or refund will be processed promptly. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3–5 business days.    
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable requests for replacements, refunds, or exchanges.    


Return Conditions    
Products must be unused, with their trade dress, consumer properties, seals, and factory labels intact.    
A sales receipt, cash voucher, or other document confirming payment must be provided.    
If no proof of payment is available, you still have the right to request a return by referring to testimony.    


Return Process    
Returns to the online store will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned package.    
After processing, refunds will be issued to the card used for payment.    
The crediting period depends on your issuing bank and typically ranges from 1 to 3 business days after the return is processed.    


Conditions for Refusal    
The online store reserves the right to deny a return if the product violates the conditions of merchantability. In such cases, all shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer.

Can I Cancel My Order After Purchase?    
Yes, you can. We allow cancellations or changes to your order within 24 hours of payment. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact our support team as soon as possible for assistance. Order Cancellations and Changes    
If you request to cancel your order, we will refund part of the order amount. A cancellation fee of $5 will be deducted.    
Changes to the order (e.g., contact information, delivery address, color, size) are free of charge. 

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after 24 hours of payment as most orders are processed and shipped within this timeframe. 

Our Guarantee    
We stand by the quality of our products. If an item is defective or damaged during transit, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or a full refund.    
Exclusions from the Warranty    
The following cases are not covered under our warranty:                                      
1.Defects caused by improper use, care, storage, or transportation; actions of third parties; or force majeure events.
2.Lack of a manual in your preferred language.
3.Personal hygiene items.                                                                                 

If product care and usage instructions are not followed, the seller is not liable for the defect.

Returns or Exchanges
If product delivery takes longer than 30 business days, you can request an exchange or a full refund.
If your order expires at the pickup location and is returned to our warehouse, contact us to have it resent.
If an item is defective or damaged in transit, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request an exchange or a full refund.


Return Processing Time
Returns are processed within 10 business days upon receipt of the returned package. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, with the crediting time depending on your bank (typically 1–3 business days).

Personal Hygiene Items

Personal care items can only be exchanged or returned under the following conditions:

1    Delivery exceeded 30 business days.

2    The product was defective or damaged during shipment (excluding crumpled packaging).
